As a result of this workshop clinicians will learn to:

  • Review and exploration of current research regarding yoga and depression.
  • Investigate yoga as a means to improve mood and relieve depression.
  • Understand the yoga poses that directly impact mood.
  • Integrate yoga into clinical practice and/or make appropriate referrals.
