Clinicians will learn about the many facets of yoga and how they can improve depressive mood.
As a result of this workshop clinicians will learn to:
- Review and exploration of current research regarding yoga and depression.
- Investigate yoga as a means to improve mood and relieve depression.
- Understand the yoga poses that directly impact mood.
- Integrate yoga into clinical practice and/or make appropriate referrals.
